1/2cOnions,minced
1/4cCelery,diced
1/2cGreen bell pepper,chopped
3/4lbGround beef,lean
1tbFlour,all-purpose
1cnRed beans w/chili gravy(16oz
1cWater
1/2tsSalt
1/4tsHot pepper sauce
1tsSteak sauce
  Crackers
  Rice,cooked

1. Heat oil in large skillet; saute onion, celery and bell pepper until golden. 2. Stir in beef; saute until red color disapppears. 3. Stir in flour; add kidney beans, water, salt, pepper sauce and steak sauce. 4. Simmer, stirring often, until desired thickness. 5. Serve with crackers or rice.
